Cancellation Policy defines who can / how to cancel the order.

Who Can Cancel - The customer can cancel the order before dispatching the order or the company can cancel the order if any faulty, payment issues are found, etc.

Refunds On Cancellation - If the canceled order requires any refund to be given back to the customer, then the refund will be credited within 1-3 working days.

- The company (We) can cancel any order if found faulty, payment issues, etc from our end without any prior notice to the concerned customer, and the customer cannot sue us for that.

- The company has all the rights to cancel the order without any notice to the customer.

- Transaction charges of 7% + GST will be deducted wherein the customer demands a monetary refund of their prepaid canceled orders.

- Also, there will be no deduction in cases wherein the customer makes a double payment against a single order by mistake.

- Please note that we are not liable to entertain any refund/cancel issue raised after 2 days from the date of order placement.
